Acceptable Use Policy

Upload photographs you own or are licensed to edit and publish. Real-estate photography is usually licensed rather than transferred — confirm your licence allows modification before staging a photographer's image.

Label every published render as virtually staged, in the caption or image itself, as required by your MLS, brokerage and local advertising rules. Keep the original unstaged photo available for anyone who asks.

You must not use the service to:

• hide or paint over damage, mould, stains, cracks or structural defects;
• add fixtures, finishes, appliances or built-ins that do not exist;
• alter room dimensions, windows, views, or add space that is not there;
• remove or fabricate features that affect value, safety or habitability.

Furniture, decor, plants and dusk-sky conversions are fine. Changing what a buyer is actually purchasing is not.

Do not upload images of people intended to be altered, sexual or violent content, content that infringes someone's rights, or anything used for fraud, discrimination in housing advertising, or harassment.

Do not attempt to bypass credit accounting, script bulk automated requests outside normal product use, probe or attack our infrastructure, resell raw access to the AI models, or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content, pause rendering, or suspend an account that breaches this policy, and we will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Report misuse to support@stageit.app.
