Privacy Policy

• Account details — the email address and basic profile information supplied by your sign-in provider when you create an account.
• Property and photo data — property names, addresses and notes you enter, the photos you upload, the 3D scenes you build, and the images you render.
• Billing records — credit purchases, plan status and credit history. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
• Technical data — standard server and error logs needed to operate and debug the service.

To create and secure your account, store your properties and scenes, generate and save renders, process payments and credit balances, respond to support requests, and keep the service working correctly.

• Cloud database, storage and authentication — hosts your account records, uploaded photos and rendered images.
• AI image and vision providers — receive the photo and prompt needed to produce a render, a twilight conversion or a room-type detection.
• Payment provider — processes purchases and subscriptions and stores payment method details on their own systems.
• Hosting and error reporting — serves the application and records diagnostic logs.

These providers act on our instructions for the purposes above. We do not sell your data and we do not use your listing photos for advertising.

Uploaded photos are stored in a private bucket and served through expiring signed links. Database access is restricted with row-level security so records are readable only by the account that created them.

Photos, scenes and renders are kept until you delete the property or photo, or until you ask us to close your account. Billing and credit-transaction records are retained as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes. Deleting a property removes its photos, scenes and rendered files from storage.

You can view and delete your properties, photos and renders from inside the app, cancel a plan from Settings, and request a copy or full deletion of your data by emailing support@stageit.app. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to correct or restrict processing of your personal data; contact us and we will action valid requests.

The service is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If this policy changes we will update the date shown above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
